Mom's Charm Bracelet
I made this for a good friend who is knitting me an elephant (long story....it's worth it, trust me)...i also made a matching necklace, which includes the kid's initails which each birthstone...there's also a little extra charm on the end, which has her and her hubby's stones with a Celtic cross...a nice touch i thought ;-)
it was fun to make and i pray she's blessed by it

an open letter to all computer hackers
I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your virus, sent to me on May 30th, 2009. It was a nameless, faceless entity that has wreaked havoc in my life for almost a week now. You should be proud!
First let mne tell you, that this computer you infected was brand new! We've only had it for three months...THREE! And it happens to be the very first computer ever we've bought for ourselves! You really got a good one here!
Whne I noticed it on Sunday I was even checking my bank status...how convieniant was that for you, dear Hacker! Now, I have to open up a new account in a new bank. I have to get all new debit cards. I have to close my PayPal account.
So far none of my family or friends have complained of weird emails from me, but I suppose that too is coming, Hacker. So now I need to create new emails for my husband and myself. How lovely. You must be so proud!
Hacker, do you get some sort of perverse pleasure in this? Does it turn you on? Or do you simply just have no life? I can hardly feel sorry for you Hacker, if you are just a lonely soul in your dirty basement creating these viruses. I won't even give you the courtesy of saying you are brilliant because all you are is a sick, twisted person who has nothing better to do than destroy things that don't belong to you and you probably never even would know about.
Grow up, get a job and get out of your dirty basement and get some counseling or something. Put your mind to better use.

Oh No, HE Never Lets Go!
I had a very profound experience today after church....a total stranger bought me my groceries
Matt Redman - You Never Let Go
From the album Passion 06: Everything Glorious
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death
Your perfect love is casting out fear
And even when I’m caught in the middle of the storms of this life
I won’t turn back
I know You are nearAnd I will fear no evil
For my God is with me
And if my God is with me
Whom then shall I fear?
Whom then shall I fear?Chorus:
Oh no, You never let go
Through the calm and through the storm
Oh no, You never let go
In every high and every low
Oh no, You never let go
Lord, You never let go of meAnd I can see a light that is coming for the heart that holds on
A glorious light beyond all compare
And there will be an end to these troubles
But until that day comes
We’ll live to know You here on the earthChorus:
Yes, I can see a light that is coming for the heart that holds on
And there will be an end to these troubles
But until that day comes
Still I will praise You, still I will praise You
Chorus: (2x’s

Pruning Posts
Not here, on all the other various blog sites i've bounced through since 2005
The only one I left up is Homeschool Blogger...I can still login, amazing! I have a soft spot for them, but will probably end up deleteing that one also...I think the 5 I have here are good to go *snort*
I'm going to actually start another one, so i can practice making templets and such...that's one thing i REALLY miss from HSB..."blinging" my blog. A friend emailed me a neat course she took, and i'll try some techniques on the "tester" before i go for it on the main ones.
I also downloaded a good browser, Opera
My friend Jenn said her hubby loved it, and since FireFox is so screwy for me (sorry to all you FF freaks) and i absolutely despise IE8....I even tried Google Chrome, but darn!!! they don't even have a GOOGLE toolbar on it??? a little TOO spartan if you ask me *giggle*
So that's about all the excitement on this end...sorry to be so boring ;-) I promise to be more exciting the next post!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~feel free to ignore~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
so against my hubby's much better judgement, we watchd "Real Housewives of NJ" last night
first off, i know there are weird people everywhere, and no where more than NJ...trust me, i'm from there . it's the state that STARTED the "Weird _____" state phenom after all
and i know that there are shallow, depraved, self-absorbed rich people n every state also
i think all these women need a day of REAL HOUSEWIFE work, like scrubbing a toilet or something...maybe then they wouldn't have all that free time for phone sex and shopping to fill their 5 million dollar homes with ugly expensive furniture and giving ALL real NJ housewives a bad name (as well as housewives all over the USA)
we did get giggles at some of the NJ euphamisms that we grew up hearing (even if they are cuss words, that is fairly normal for NJ :yes:) i am really REALLY aggravated and upset with this show...i know people who live in that town and they are NO WHERE NEAR the arrogant self-absorbed idiots that these women are
and the REAL question is: what husband...REAL MAN.....would allow their families to be portrayed like this? it's disgusting
